Brindabella Callisthenics College offers competitive classes during school terms in the Tuggeranong area of Canberra. The club caters to different age groups, including Tinies (4–7 years), Sub Juniors (8-10 years), Juniors (11–13 years), Inters (14–16 years), and even Masters (26+ years). Each age group has specific training times and locations to ensure convenience and accessibility for all members.

For Tinies, training takes place on Sundays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at the Crystal Ballroom. Sub Juniors train on Sundays from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at the same venue. Juniors have their sessions on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Charles Conder Primary School. Inters, on the other hand, train on Sundays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Crystal Ballroom.

Masters have their training sessions on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm at St Anthony's Primary School.

Brindabella Callisthenics College operates from various locations in Canberra. The Crystal Ballroom, located at 6/38 Reed Street N, Greenway ACT 2900, serves as the primary training venue. St Anthony's Primary School, found at 2903/161 Wheeler Crescent, Wanniassa ACT 2903, is another location where members can attend training sessions. Charles Conder Primary School at 134 Tom Roberts Avenue, Conder ACT 2906 serves as the training venue for the Junior age group.
