The clinic's opening hours are flexible to accommodate patient needs, with appointments available from 8am to 8pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8am to 5pm from Wednesday to Friday, and 8:30am to 12:15pm on Saturdays at the Kemptown Clinic. The Hove Clinic operates from 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

The clinic is led by Tina Mason, BSc(hons), MCSP, who is the owner and head physiotherapist. Tina has extensive experience, having worked in both the NHS and private practise in the UK, as well as abroad. She has a keen interest in women's health and has received postgraduate training in pelvic health disorders. Tina is also passionate about pilates, yoga, swimming, running, and enjoys water sports and snowboarding.

Another key member of the team is Teresa Spurin (TJ), BSc(hons), MCSP, who is a dynamic and highly qualified physiotherapist. With a background in sports and biomechanics, TJ has treated Olympic athletes, rugby internationals, and has worked with national rugby league clubs and military physiotherapy. She has recently specialised in treating headaches, facial pain, and TMJ disorders using acupuncture and physiotherapy techniques.
