John, the organiser of Brigade Cricket Club, extends a warm invitation to all sports enthusiasts to join the cricketing community at the club, located at 41 Limavady Road, Londonderry, BT47 6JU. With top-notch facilities, John and his team are committed to creating an inclusive and friendly environment for players of all ages and abilities.
The clubhouse, complete with changing rooms and showers, ensures everyone has access to clean and comfortable amenities. The club features a cricket pitch and an all-weather playing surface, allowing for year-round practice and matches.
After games, members can unwind at the licenced bar or make use of the two function rooms available for private events. John takes pride in the wide range of teams the club supports, from the 1st XI to youth teams like U15, U13, and U11, offering plenty of opportunities for players to develop and display their cricketing skills.
Training sessions are a key part of Brigade's offering. Adult training (14+) happens every Tuesday and Friday, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, from April to August. For the juniors under 14, sessions are every Monday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm during the same months.
