Welcome to Bridges Fitness Centre, the top gym in Bailiff Bridge. As a family-run gym with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, we are dedicated to providing a top-notch training facility for all individuals, regardless of their fitness level or goals.
Established in 2002, Bridges Fitness Centre has been helping members achieve their fitness goals for over 17 years. In September 2017, Nigel Halmshaw and his family took over the gym, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Nigel, with his background as a conditioning coach in rugby league, understands the importance of proper training and is committed to helping you reach your goals.
At Bridges Fitness Centre, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of facilities to cater to all fitness needs. Our gymnasium is fully equipped with Nytram and Indigo strength equipment, boasting over 50 strength stalls, 2 power racks, and 2 sets of dumbbells ranging from 2. 5 kg to 70 kg. Additionally, our leg station features Pendulum squats, leg presses, haunch squats, and more.
For cardio enthusiasts, our cardio suite features over 30 cardiovascular stations, including Concept 2 rowers, cardio ski ergs, and Schwinn air bikes. Whether you prefer a high-intensity workout or a steady-state cardio session, we have the equipment to meet your needs.
For those looking for a bit of variety in their workouts, our matted room is perfect for circuit training and grappling sessions. We provide punch bags, TRXs, and boxes, among other pieces of equipment, to keep your workouts exciting and challenging.
At Bridges Fitness Centre, we understand that starting at the gym can be intimidating, especially for newcomers. That's why our fully qualified and dedicated team of staff is here to guide and support you every step of the way. We will help you get started and provide motivation to keep you on track with your fitness journey.
Membership at Bridges Fitness Centre is affordable and flexible. We offer a free first visit to allow you to experience our facilities before committing. For adults, our monthly membership fee is 27 (cash) or 25 by standing order. We also have options for weekly off-peak and casual visits.
Juniors under 16 can join for 10 with a monthly fee of 22 or pay 2. 50 per session.
Located at Birkby House, Birkby Lane, Bailiff Bridge HD6 4 EN, our gym is easily accessible. We have convenient hours of operation, opening from 5 am to 9. 30 pm Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm on Saturdays, and 7 am to 2 pm on Sundays.
