Breathing Space Yoga

Breathing Space is Avalon's original health and healing studio, pioneering eco-conscious yoga practises plus various styles of yoga including the innovative Japanese Ki and Mana Yoga systems. With sustainable bamboo flooring, all organic equipment and a separate therapy room, Breathing Space provides a sacred sanctuary for the community to rest, reset and replenish. The area's finest practitioners offer weekly classes, seasonal immersions and specialist workshops, plus monthly shamanic lunar ceremonies to support well-being on all levels.
