Owned by Nikki, a nurse, philanthropist, and creator of the Good Human Community, Breathe is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our members. Alongside our fitness classes, we offer monthly New Moon Meditation & Mindfulness classes online, free for all Breathe members. We also have a sister site, The Return to Life Project, which offers masterclasses, workshops, and programs designed to nurture the mind and soul.

Located on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, comprising of the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi, Breathe acknowledges and respects the land on which our studio stands. Our schedule includes a variety of Pilates Reformer, Matwork, and Yoga classes suitable for all levels. Additionally, our teachers are available for private classes to help you deepen your practice and focus on specific areas of improvement.
