Welcome to Breathe DMC Studio in Bathurst, Australia. Our studio is dedicated to promoting body-mind health, fitness, and wellbeing. With over 40 group classes each week, we offer a wide range of fitness and wellness programmes including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Pilates Barre, Yoga Flow, Stretch Therapy, Adult Ballet, and Meditation.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, we have classes suited for all levels. For first-time students, we offer beginner classes and personal one-on-one coaching sessions to help you build confidence and technique before joining our general classes. At Breathe DMC Studio, we have a team of experienced and passionate instructors who are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Ann Mader, one of our teachers and personal training coaches, has over 40 years of teaching experience in fitness, dance, and Yoga/Pilates. She specialises in programmes for women, focusing on mobility, strength, and posture.
Our studio owner, Keith, is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher, as well as a resilience and wellness coach. With over 30 years of experience training in different modalities, Keith has a deep understanding of human wellbeing. He incorporates his resilience and wellness coaching programmes into his classes and shares his passion for Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation.

Our studio hours are from Monday to Friday, 6am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 2. 30pm.
