BRODIE Coach G'day everyone! Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. From a young age, I was involved in various sports including swimming, soccer, and rugby league. I fell in love with the process of training and seeing how it positively impacted my performance on the field.
This passion led me to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I completed my personal training certification, and I am now a proud coach at Break-Thru Active. I believe in the importance of functional training and helping our members develop strength, mobility, and endurance that can be applied to everyday life. My goal is to challenge and support our members in reaching their fitness goals, whether it's building muscle, losing weight, or simply becoming healthier and more active.

We specialise in small group training, as we believe that working out with like-minded individuals can provide the motivation and support needed for success. Our trainers are experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They have diverse sporting backgrounds and understand the importance of functional training to improve overall performance and prevent injuries. Our owner and coach, Mitch, discovered his passion for training after travelling the world and realising that he didn't want to be stuck in a desk job.
He believes in the power of community and the satisfaction of seeing others achieve things they never thought possible. Jayme, our other owner and coach, pursued his passion for health and fitness after being tied to a desk job following high school. He believes in the importance of continuous learning and takes pride in helping others heal and prevent injuries through strength and conditioning. Our other coaches, Brodie and Steve, both have a strong background in sports and understand the value of teamwork and pushing oneself to new limits.
