Bray Golf Club

The history of Bray Golf Club dates back to 1897, making it one of Ireland's oldest clubs. Situated in the picturesque town of Bray, the club boasts a stunning parkland course surrounded by spectacular scenery. As a members' owned club, Bray Golf Club has a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community.

In recent years, the club has made significant investments in the course, with nearly 800k spent on improvements. One of the standout additions is the new par 3 4th hole, which opened in July 2020 and has been praised for its design and visual appeal. The club also offers coaching for juniors, provided by the professional at the fully stocked Pro Shop.

Under the leadership of President Bobby Waters and General Manager James Murphy, Bray Golf Club provides a warm welcome to both visitors and potential new members. The clubhouse facilities include a bar and restaurant, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for golfers to relax and socialise after a round.

The club's Captains for 2024, Niall Cunnane and Mary O'Reilly, are dedicated to ensuring that members have a memorable experience at Bray Golf Club. They oversee a vibrant social scene and active junior section, with the goal of fostering a love for the game in future generations. The dedication of the club's staff, sponsors, and committees is acknowledged and appreciated by the Captains.
