Our founder and CEO, Leah Fox, is a certified health coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and group fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She is dedicated to creating a culture that embodies truth and real connection while helping you discover what health and fitness means to you.
Our team of trainers consists of passionate and experienced individuals who are dedicated to helping you on your health and fitness journey. From Jose Pel, with a degree in Kinesiology and a passion for guiding individuals to create a sustainable lifestyle, to Lillian Riegling, with over 20 years in the fitness industry and a passion for helping others through fitness, our team is here to support you in reaching your goals. Tracy Watchorn and Emily Trent, both with certifications and experience in the fitness industry, are also valuable members of our team who are dedicated to helping you succeed.
