Societys Swim For Life program at Branksome Swim offers preschool swimming lessons for children aged 1 to 6 years old. These lessons focus on building water confidence, developing foundational swimming skills, and promoting water safety. Certified instructors lead engaging and interactive lessons that help young swimmers progress through the Swim For Life levels 1-6.
Branksome Swim also offers Lifesaving Sport programs, aimed at children aged 5 and older who want to further develop their swimming abilities and learn lifesaving skills. This program is designed to inspire youth in drowning prevention efforts and promote fair play in sports. Additionally, Branksome Swim provides Bronze programs, which focus on developing judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness – essential components for water rescue and lifeguarding.
