The club also boasts an outdoor 400m athletics track, allowing members to take their workouts outdoors and enjoy the fresh air.

Braintree Sport & Health Club is open Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 22:00, Friday from 06:00 to 20:00, and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00. Our flexible opening hours ensure you can fit your workouts into your busy schedule, no matter how early or late.
