Tatami Dojo Our Tatami Dojo is designed with soft floor mats to allow for safe practice of throws, joint locks, and grappling techniques. This area is used primarily for Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, and T'ai Chi classes.
Kickboxing Studio Our Kickboxing Studio is equipped with heavy bags, focus mitts, and kick shields for intense cardio workouts. This area is ideal for our Fitness Kickboxing classes, which are a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.
Mizu no Kokoro At Brad Jones Karate Do, we also offer Mizu no Kokoro classes, which focus on Zen Meditation and mental training techniques to help students develop inner peace and mental focus.
Sensei Brad Jones Sensei Brad Jones, the founder of Brad Jones Karate-Do & Fitness Centre, is a 6th Dan Black Belt in JKA Shotokan Karate and has over 30 years of martial arts experience. He is dedicated to passing on the traditional values and techniques of Karate to his students.
