In this class, the instructor will guide participants through a series of poses and exercises, providing modifications and adaptations when needed. Each class will include a warm-up to prepare the body, a series of poses and exercises, and a cool-down to stretch and relax the muscles.

At Bracknell Fitness (yogacise), we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We offer two types of classes every week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, at the Forest Park Community Centre. Our website provides up-to-date information on class times, news, and any cancellations or planned breaks.
To ensure your safety, our instructor holds relevant qualifications in exercise to music, as well as certifications in Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, and basic First Aid. Additionally, we have public liability insurance and a PPL licence.
We understand that every individual is unique, and we are committed to providing adaptations and modifications for those who may be pregnant or have injuries. Please inform the instructor if you fall into these categories, and we will assist you accordingly.
