We run Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults at all levels, kids aged 4 to 14+, and no-gi grappling for both adults and kids. You can train for self-defence, skills, or competition goals.

Where do you train and what facilities are available?

You will train in our fully equipped facility with a large matted training space, strength and conditioning gym, seated viewing area, showers, sauna, toilets, and male and female changing rooms.
