WCB Kids classes are fun and safe. We structure our kids classes so that Monday is a skill based, where you learn the fundamentals of boxing, Wednesday is boxing fitness based and Friday we do controlled SEMI contact sparring and partner work. No first time visits on a Friday.
Please show up 15 Minutes before class start. Please wear flat soled shoes or bare feet, no raised heel shoes allowed in the gym for safety reasons. Bring your own water bottle, towel and a smile. We supply all equipment for your first visit and look forward to seeing you soon.
