
PG Functional Fitness is excited to announce a 12-week Boxing Session starting on April 1st. This is a great chance to push yourself, get in shape, and pick up some new boxing skills along the way. The sessions will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so mark your calendars!
For all participants, it's important to come prepared with your own gloves and wraps. We want to ensure everyone's safety and the best way to do that is by having the proper gear. Unfortunately, we don't have rentals available, so make sure to get your hands on these essentials before the first class.
