Learn the noble art of the sweet science with Boxing Classes at Martial Fitness, the Mixed Martial Arts club in London. The aim of these classes is to make the benefits of boxing accessible to everyone. We focus on teaching good technique and developing strong fundamental skills, because we believe that having solid basics can keep you on your feet when the going gets tough! As the noble art, all our students are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and show each other respect at all times.
Our boxing classes include traditional boxing exercises, drills, skills, and conditioning to help you improve your strength, speed, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, agility, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. We have implemented a progressive sparring system, ensuring that you get the best out of your sessions and yourself. However, please note that sparring is only permitted for our members and only when your Instructor deems you ready.
We understand that some of you may choose non-contact training initially, as our classes are still an excellent way of getting fit and building confidence while learning new skills safely. All our boxing classes are mixed, so students of all abilities, including complete beginners, are very welcome to attend. Regardless of your skill level, fitness, or how long you've been with us, we see everyone as an individual and provide the help and feedback you need to keep improving.
Our classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. They are open to both members and non-members, and are suitable for both men and women aged 18 and above. However, please remember that sparring is only allowed for our members. If you're interested in becoming a member, please refer to our price list for membership fees. Our members pay £10 per class, while non-members pay £12. We also offer monthly packages for great savings, so feel free to get in touch with us to find out more.
