Located in the heart of Chiswick, our intimate boxing studio is fully equipped with top-quality punch bags, pads, and even a real boxing ring. Below are the class times and locations for your convenience:
- Small group boxing: Tuesdays from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Starts on February 5th, 2024.
- Boxing technique: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
- Punch class: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.00 pm to 7.45 pm.
