Welcome to Boxfit, a physical fitness programme located in Bromley, New Zealand. Boxfit offers a variety of classes and services designed to improve your overall fitness and health.

One of the highlighted classes at Boxfit is the Strength, Cardio & Boxing class, which takes place at the Norman Park Community Sports Gym every Wednesday at 1900. This one-hour class combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and boxing techniques to help you burn calories, tone muscles, and develop tighter abs. You can choose to have a one-on-one training session at the Boxfit studio for 35 per person, or if you prefer, you can have the session at your own venue in Bromley for 60 per person. These personalised sessions are tailored to your specific goals and fitness level, providing you with the guidance and support you need to reach your fitness goals.

For those interested in yoga, Boxfit offers yoga classes as well. These classes can be booked at the Boxfit studio for 35 per person or at your own venue for 60 per person. Practising yoga not only improves flexibility and strength but also promotes relaxation and reduces stress. It is a great way to unwind and take care of your overall wellbeing.

If you are looking for a group activity, Boxfit offers group personal training sessions. These sessions require a minimum fee of 60 and are charged at 10 per person. Gather your friends or family members and enjoy a fun and challenging workout together.

For those in need of relaxation and stress relief, Boxfit offers holistic massages. These personally designed massages target specific areas of tension, such as the lower back, upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, face, head, and mind. A one-hour massage is priced at 50, while a one-hour and a half massage is priced at 70. Massage appointments can be booked by texting the provided phone number.

Boxfit is operated by Marie, who is dedicated to promoting fitness and wellbeing in the Bromley community. With her passion and experience, Marie provides quality instruction and guidance in all of her classes and sessions.
