Welcome to Bowerbird Pilates, a Pilates studio located in Modbury North, South Australia. Bowerbird Pilates is a family owned and operated studio that aims to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for individuals to master movement.

At Bowerbird Pilates, we offer a variety of Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes to suit all levels and preferences. With classes available seven days a week, we aim to accommodate our clients' busy lifestyles. Pilates is a low impact exercise that is often underestimated for its effectiveness. It not only improves strength, flexibility, and posture, but also enhances mind-body connexion.

Our pilates classes provide a whole body workout, challenging individuals to progress and reach their full potential.

Jo, the founder and creator of Bowerbird Pilates, is passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing. With a background in Midwifery, specialising in family and fertility health, Jo has personally experienced the benefits of Pilates and wanted to share them with others. Her main focus is on providing education, support, and challenging her clients to help them master movements in a safe and supportive environment. Jo believes in the potential of her clients and loves to see them grow stronger and achieve more than they thought possible.

For new clients, we offer an introductory offer of two classes for $20 over a period of seven days, along with a private one-hour foundation class for $50. The foundation session is a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the reformer machine, learn a few essential exercises, and receive starter hints and tips to prepare you for group classes. During the private session, we also take the time to get to know you and tailor our classes to your specific needs. To take advantage of our intro offer, head to our bookings section and sign up.
