What are the gym hours? Bowden Gym 24/7 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for members. You have the flexibility to work out whenever it suits you, whether it's early in the morning or late at night.

What types of classes do you offer? We offer a range of small group sessions including Hiit, Hirt, Boxing, and Core. These classes are designed to give you a challenging and effective workout in a supportive and motivating environment.

Can I book personal training sessions? Absolutely! We have highly qualified and experienced personal trainers available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness, our trainers will create a personalised programme for you.

Do you offer membership options? We have several membership options to suit your needs. You can choose from our 20-week, 10-week, or Direct Debit membership. We also offer a no lock-in contract and no joining fees.

All memberships include access to our classes and gym 24/7.

How do I make a payment? You can make a payment to BST Fitness by transferring the funds to our bank account. The details for the bank transfer are as follows: BSB 105 900, acc 179 367 940. Please include your name and membership type in the payment description.
