Bounce Gymnastics Club

Bounce Gymnastics Club is a well-established family-run after school gymnastics club with locations in Meath and Dublin, offering a focus on participation and learning in a fun, safe and inclusive environment rather than competitive success. The club aims to develop coordination, flexibility, and strength in children to promote greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem. With a team of talented and qualified coaches, Bounce Gymnastics prioritises fitness and enjoyment for all its members, encouraging a fit and healthy lifestyle and teaching new skills that can be continued for a lifetime.

The club offers after-school classes to boys and girls from the age of four upwards, with classes structured according to ability while keeping friends together for maximum enjoyment. Classes consist of a variety of gymnastic disciplines including floor, Airtrack, vault, beam, bars, trampette, rhythmic gymnastics, sports acrobatics, and games. All gymnasts participate in the Bounce Gymnastics Award programme, with in-class assessments and medal presentations held towards the end of the year. Senior classes also take part in friendly competitions for fun and skill showcase, with displays held in term two or three inviting parents and friends to witness progress and demonstrations.

Bounce Gymnastics Club boasts a team of experienced coaches including Eleanor McArdle, Helen Ward, Louise Tottenham, Poppy Maguire, Leah Rafferty, Mayah Woods, Aoife Orton, Nicola Walsh, Aisling Maguire, and Abbie Coyne.
