Bouldering Essentials, offered by The Ledge bouldering wall, is the perfect opportunity for climbers in Inverness to up their game. Led by our highly qualified instructors, this 2-hour skills session focuses on enhancing climbers' abilities and elevating their overall climbing experience.
During the session, participants will learn fundamental movement techniques, tactics, and strategies that will enable them to climb with greater efficiency and grace. Ever wondered how to navigate the grading system and approach graded circuits? We'll cover that too, ensuring climbers have a solid understanding of how to tackle different challenges.
Safety is our top priority at The Ledge. That's why we'll also discuss important safety measures and bouldering etiquette. Climbers will gain valuable insights on how to jump and fall properly, minimising impact on their bodies and reducing the risk of injury.
This event is open to individuals aged 14 and above, with informed consent required for those between 14 and 17 years old. To participate, there is an entry fee of £40 per person. Please note that a minimum of 4 participants is required for the session to take place.
