Borden Village FC, fondly known as "The Villagers," ranks among the oldest football clubs in Kent, with roots back to the 1920s. Affiliated with the Kent County FA, they play at Borden Playstool, near Sittingbourne.
The First Team now competes in the Kent County Premier League, their highest achievement yet. They're the second most senior club in Sittingbourne, only behind Sittingbourne FC of the Isthmian League. Jamie, the organiser, is particularly proud of their youth initiatives, with an Under 9's team also playing at Borden.
The club has had some notable successes. Winning the Kent County League Premier Division in the 2022-2023 season stands out. They’re also known for supporting charitable causes, like donating their kit to a project in Malawi and backing men's mental health initiatives.

The Under 9's team, competing in the Medway District Youth League, was formed in the 2021-2022 season. This has been a significant milestone, with 10 local kids now part of the team.
A dedicated committee of managers, coaches, and families backs the Under 9's. With deep ties to the club, they bring a wealth of experience, ensuring the kids have fun, stay safe, and develop their skills. They’re all about building the team's spirit and safeguarding their young players.
