With Russ as my personal trainer, I discovered my love for functional training and saw incredible improvements in my strength and endurance. This newfound passion led me to pursue a career in fitness, and I obtained my Certificate III and IV in Fitness.

Having experienced the struggles of finding the right fitness environment, I collaborated with Russ to launch Booty and the Beast Fitness. Our aim is to create a space that is inclusive, motivating, and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
