Kirsty has been working with women for the past 9 years and has continually educated herself to have comprehensive knowledge of women's health issues at different stages of life. With 13 years of experience in the Royal New Zealand Navy and being a mother of two young children, Kirsty understands the challenges women face and provides personalised training programmes to address their unique needs.
What sets Bootiful Fitness apart is its focus on holistic wellness. Kirsty believes in living a balanced life and not just focusing on physical fitness. She trains for mental health, mobility, stability, and overall well-being. Her goal is to get her clients moving and feeling better, allowing them to live their best lives while working towards their fitness goals.
Located in Springfield, Bootiful Fitness has a private studio where clients can train comfortably and have fun. Kirsty believes that exercise should be enjoyable, and she creates a relaxed and fun environment while pushing her clients to achieve their goals.
Kirsty is well-qualified in various areas of fitness, including Pre and Post Natal Fitness, power plate training, and being a Registered Exercise Professional of New Zealand (REPS). She is also a Next Level Myofascial movement coach, Menopause for Athletes trainer, and Continence NZ Pelvic Floor safe trainer. By continuously gaining new certifications and knowledge, Kirsty ensures that she can provide the best care and tailor her training programmes to her clients' specific needs.
