You may be wondering if there is a lot of running involved in our boot camp. The answer is no. The furthest you will ever run is approximately 100m, and this is broken down into 20m intervals. If you cannot run, that's not a problem.
You can always walk quickly. We are here to help and support you, not hurt you. We will motivate and encourage you every step of the way.
At Boot Camp Leicester, we train outdoors, rain or shine. We believe that exposure to sunlight is vital for good health and wellbeing. So, whether it's raining, snowing, or sunny, we will be there training. Just make sure to wear comfortable training clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and a good pair of trainers that will support your feet.
