Led by our skilled instructors, these classes involve boxing pad work that will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance, but also teach you discipline and self-confidence. Box fit is a fantastic way to relieve stress and release any tension or anxiety you may be experiencing.

In addition to our group classes, Scott Elliot, our main Fitness Coach, offers 1-2-1 PT sessions as well as PT sessions for small family groups or friends. This personalised approach allows you to work towards your individual goals with the guidance and support of a knowledgeable coach.
Our classes will be held at the beautiful Winslade Park in Clyst St Mary, starting from the beginning of March. This stunning location provides the perfect backdrop for our fitness sessions and offers a peaceful environment for you to unwind and connect with nature.
