Join Move Studio's popular boot camp sessions in Devonport, held at Narrow Neck Beach or Vauxhall School Hall in case of rain. The sessions are held on Monday and Friday at 6am, with a separate 'blokes only' session on Wednesday at 6am. The Wednesday session started as a 'husbands' session but has evolved to be inclusive of all males. The Monday and Friday sessions are open to both male and female participants. The cost is $16 per session, charged as a block which typically lasts 8-10 weeks. The first block for 2024 is starting soon, with the next block beginning on Monday, May 6th. Limited spots may become available during each block, so reach out if you're interested in joining.
