Hummingbird Street Park Athletics Club is excited to announce an upcoming Athletics event that will surely bring together players from all over Fredericton, Canada.
On November 1st to November 4th, 2024, a BOOST Ideation Camp will be hosted by the City of Fredericton, UNB, NBCC, and Ignite. This camp is a great opportunity for entrepreneurs, students, researchers, and innovators to showcase their tech-based solutions aimed at making a positive impact on the community. Whether you already have an idea or are looking to tackle challenges related to population growth, such as affordable housing, mobility, food security, and energy poverty, this event is for you.
Starting off on November 1st at Planet, the ideation camp will then continue at the UNB Harriet Irving Library Research Commons. Throughout the weekend, there will be team meetings to fine-tune ideas, leading up to a pitch session on November 4th at the UNB Kinesiology Building.
Participation in this event is completely free, but spots are limited. Hummingbird Street Park Athletics Club kindly requests a firm commitment from all interested individuals. To secure your spot, be sure to submit the application form by October 1, 2024. Additionally, by applying, participants will have the chance to win some exciting prizes.
