Boogie Bounce Tynemouth is a fitness centre located in North Shields, New Zealand. It offers a unique and fun exercise experience through its Boogie Bounce classes. These classes utilise High Intensity Interval Training (H. I.
T) techniques to maximise fat burning in the cardio section. Participants also perform core stability exercises on the pliable surface of the mat.
Unlike traditional trampoline workouts, the aim of Boogie Bounce is not to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks. Instead, participants engage in a series of small, controlled movements including key moves such as Froggin', Stompin', and the Paddle. This approach provides a fantastic full-body workout, promotes massive calorie burn and weight loss, increases metabolism, relieves stress, and has a low impact on joints and ligaments.
Boogie Bounce is suitable for all ages, shapes, and sizes, making it an inclusive fitness option for everyone. Each session costs 5 and is open to individuals aged 13 and above.
Leading the Boogie Bounce classes is Laura, an experienced and talented instructor. Laura's background in dancing and choreography makes her the perfect fit for this unique exercise format. She is a two-time All England Adult Highland Dancing Champion and an official RSOBHD adjudicator on the World Wide Panel. With extensive experience as a professional dancer, Laura has travelled to India and China as well as toured the UK and Europe.
She is also a qualified Highland and National dance teacher with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing. Despite her petite stature, standing at 5'3”, Laura knows how to keep participants in line and help them get the most out of their Boogie Bounce workout.
