It is one of the first gyms in Sydney to combine both gym work and rehabilitation, offering a unique approach to fitness. The centre is owned by Jeannette Gevers, an eight-time World Masters Champion and Bondi local.

The centre offers a personally designed Rehab and Fitness Programme that is catered to each individual's needs. The experienced and fully qualified rehab trainers specialise in rebuilding the body and managing health problems, ensuring a fast recovery.

The gym operates with a limited number of memberships, allowing for a more personalised and focused approach to training. There are three different membership options available, including Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each membership includes personal coaching and rehab training sessions, with varying frequencies and costs.
