With over 35 years of experience, Bolton TGA is an established club that not only focuses on lessons but also holds social events throughout the year, such as club competitions, awards nights, and fundraising evenings.

Recreational sessions are where everyone starts their trampolining journey at Bolton TGA. These sessions aim to master the basics in a fun and friendly environment. Gymnasts will follow the British Gymnastics Award Scheme and earn badges along the way. Recreational sessions last 45 minutes, while Advanced Recreational sessions last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Once you have been attending for a while and have shown potential and enthusiasm, your coach may put you forward for the squad programme. Being part of the squad opens up opportunities to participate in external competitions such as Challenge Cup, Age Group, English, and League. However, being on the squad requires commitment and hard work as spaces are limited.

For adults who want to join in on the fun, Bolton TGA offers relaxed drop-in sessions led by expert coaches. These sessions are suitable for complete beginners to ex-national competitors, and there is no commitment required.

Bolton TGA also caters to parties for up to 18 children, where the first hour is spent on the trampoline with qualified coaches, followed by 45 minutes for food and games. Parties can be booked through the club's website, but it is recommended to email first to check availability.

For those who prefer individual attention, members can book 1-on-1 sessions for 30 minutes with a coach. These sessions allow you to work on specific skills, routine construction, or perfecting moves.
