Now, he provides quality personal training, offering a premium service at competitive rates. Dan has helped numerous clients change their bodies dramatically, including being enlisted by the NHS to tackle obesity.
He has also assisted clients in achieving overall physical and mental well-being, as well as training for races and events.
Gaynor has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has built a sound reputation in a relatively short period. With almost 30 years of training background and experience competing at a county level in cross country running, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Gaynor offers advice to both new and experienced runners, as well as individuals with different medical conditions, cancer sufferers, pre or post-natal programmes, body transformations, or those looking to generally feel better about themselves.
At Bolton Personal Training, we offer various training packages to fit around your life. Our body transformation package costs 280 per month and includes a 12-week transformation programme training twice a week. With this package, you can expect to lose at least 2 stones in weight and 2 dress sizes.
