The coaching supports both competitors preparing for a stage season and year-round clients focused on fat loss, muscle gain and feeling fitter and stronger. You work with a real coach who tailors training and nutrition, provides regular one-on-one evaluations (in person or via Zoom), and includes monthly live one-on-one posing sessions for competitors.
