The Kamon Martial Art Federation Uxbridge, Wing Chun Kung Fu club is proud to announce the opening of a new class in Bognor Regis! Located at the renowned Regis Centre, also known as Alexandra Theatre, on Belmont Street, this class offers a convenient and cosy venue for training. You can find us on the seafront every Monday from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.
Leading the class is our newly promoted instructor, Sihing Chris Weston. Chris's journey with Kamon began in 2014 at the Surbiton class and continued at the Littlehampton class after he relocated to the south coast. With a background as an engineering officer in the Royal Air Force, Chris brings both discipline and a sense of humour to his teaching. As an assistant instructor at our Worthing, Littlehampton, and Chichester classes, he has gained valuable experience to offer his new class in Bognor Regis.
No matter your fitness level or ability, everyone is welcome in this Wing Chun Kung Fu class. It goes beyond the typical 'boot camp' style class and focuses on teaching real-world techniques and life skills. You'll have the opportunity to burn calories at a comfortable pace, making it suitable for adults of all ages.
