As an Affiliate School, Bodywork Company Dance Studios offers its theatre school students incredible opportunities for growth and development.
In addition to its dance programmes for children and adults, Bodywork Company Dance Studios also offers a variety of adult classes. Tap combinations, which fuse American tap and commercial styles, provide participants with an opportunity to make music with their feet. Barre classes engage muscles that may not be targeted in traditional workouts, while Strong Fusion Cardio offers a full-body weight, muscle conditioning, and cardio training experience. Yin Yoga classes focus on restoration and rejuvenation, incorporating essential oils and crystal sound bowls.
For students aged 16 and above who are considering a career in the performing arts, Bodywork Company Dance Studios offers professional courses. These include a three-year Diploma programme and a One-Year Intensive programme that includes the ATCL examination. These courses provide students with the necessary training and education to pursue a successful career in the industry.
