The gym is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment from world-leading brands, including Intenza Treadmills and Escalate, Legend Pro Squat Racks, and the latest interactive HIIT Lights Station from Reax. You can access the equipment youre used to or discover some exciting new ways to train.

With fully automated access, you can check in and start your workout the moment you arrive using the Body Society app. The gym also offers fully-equipped shower and changing facilities, so all you need to bring is your workout gear.

Body Society is open 24 hours and offers pay-per-entry options with no commitment to cumbersome memberships. Personal Training services are also available to help you get started and stay motivated on your fitness journey.

To book a session, simply download the Body Society app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and select your time slot. You can add guests if you're booking a Private package. When you arrive at ARC 380, simply check in at the ground floor registration counter and tap Unlock Door on the app to access the gym.
