When you become a client at Body Shape Fitness, you will have access to three 45-minute fat-torching group personal training sessions each week. These sessions are led by our skilled personal trainers and take place in Ely, Cambs. We offer four session times a day to make it ultra-convenient for you to fit exercise into your busy schedule.
In addition to our exercise sessions, we also provide guidance on nutrition. Our approach is focused on teaching you how to make simple changes to your diet that can become lifelong habits. We do not believe in restrictive diets; instead, we emphasise a flexible approach that allows for treats and drinks while still achieving results.
To help you with your healthy eating journey, we provide a custom-made Delicious Recipe Book. This book contains over 100 family-friendly, great-tasting meals that will never make healthy eating boring. We want to ensure that you enjoy your meals and feel satisfied while still making progress towards your goals.
At Body Shape Fitness, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and welcoming environment. As a VIP member, you'll have the opportunity to hang out with your new fitness camp friends and become a part of our community. We believe that having a strong support system is essential for success, and we are here to provide you with 1:1 support whenever you need it. Body Shape Fitness Camp in Ely was founded by Tim Megginson in 2010. Tim is a Master Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in the industry. He created Body Shape Fitness Camp to provide a more affordable option for individuals to experience the benefits of personal training. The camp has received numerous accolades, including the Velvet Magazine Best Diet & Fitness Award 2012 and the Ely Business Awards – Best Customer Service Award 2012.
Tim himself was crowned Cambridgeshire's Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013 for his success with Body Shape Fitness.
