The Mums and Bubs Fitness Sessions are specifically designed for mums who want to safely return to exercise after having a baby, undergoing surgery, or taking an extended break. These sessions are led by MumSafe Trainers who will guide you through exercises that are suitable for postpartum bodies. If you enjoy exercising outdoors and love the fresh air, the Outdoor Large Group Training sessions are perfect for you.

These sessions take place in Winston Hills, offering a beautiful outdoor setting for you to get active. The workouts incorporate partner workouts, team activities, and lots of laughter and fun. It's a great opportunity to meet new people, socialise, and surround yourself with like-minded individuals who are also looking to improve their fitness. For those who prefer more personalised attention and a smaller group setting, Small Group and Semi-Private Training sessions are available.
