At BodyPilates, classes are designed to accommodate a maximum of 12 participants to ensure individual attention and guidance throughout the session. Regular Pilates sessions at BodyPilates will not only strengthen your entire body but also alleviate backache and enhance your mental well-being.
Although face-to-face classes are temporarily on hold due to the pandemic, BodyPilates has adapted to the current circumstance by offering online Pilates classes. From the comfort of your own home, you can join these virtual classes by simply selecting the class of your choice and providing your email address. Once registered, Nicola will email you a Zoom link for your chosen class. The first class is complimentary, and if you wish to continue attending regularly, you can decide between paying 7 per class or 35 per month for unlimited classes, payable via bank transfer.
BodyPilates offers a wide range of classes throughout the week to accommodate varying levels of expertise and preferences. Whether you are a beginner with no experience or someone who has been practising Pilates for years, there's a class for you. The class schedule includes options such as Monday Motivator for intermediate level participants, Tuesday Tone-up for all levels, Wednesday Workout for beginners, and Thursday Tone-up for intermediate level participants, just to name a few.
