Are you the owner of Body of Change?

Welcome to Body of Change, a psychotherapist, dance school, and health centre located in London. Founded by Jacqueline Butler, Body of Change offers a variety of services including movement psychotherapy, supervision for therapists and healthcare workers, and communication coaching for families, carers, support staff, and individuals with learning disabilities and autism. With a focus on holistic wellbeing, Body of Change is dedicated to helping individuals explore and understand their emotions, improve communication skills, and promote overall mental and physical health.
If you are facing emotional difficulties in your life, Body of Change is here to help. Jacqueline Butler provides a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly and be actively listened to. Through movement psychotherapy, you can explore your emotions and experiences by focusing on both non-verbal and verbal communication. This unique approach allows you to examine what is troubling you and uncover new insights.
To get started, you can book a trial session with no obligation to continue. Trial sessions cost 50 for an hour-long session. By shining a light on your body and movements, movement psychotherapy can help you become more aware of your own thoughts, behaviours, and patterns. It allows you to take control of your emotions and transform feelings of anxiety into a sense of agency.
SupervisionBody of Change also offers individual and group supervision for therapists and healthcare workers. Through vocational support and reflection on clinical practise, individuals can review their professional development, enhance their learning and skills, and evaluate self-care in relation to their work. Supervision sessions are designed to create a responsible, empowered, and mentally and physically well workforce, which ultimately reflects in the quality of service provided.
Recognising the importance of staff wellbeing, Body of Change offers support and guidance to organisations and businesses. Investing in the mental and physical wellbeing of employees not only improves their overall health but also enhances service provision, performance, and success. By creating a responsible and empowered workforce, businesses can thrive and provide a better service to their clients.
Body of Change specialises in communication skills for individuals with learning disabilities, including those with profound and multiple disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. By focusing on the person and their unique needs, Body of Change helps foster understanding and connexion.
