The gym is owned and operated by Scott Madden, a passionate and experienced personal trainer. Scott has competed at a competitive level in CrossFit and spent six months kickboxing in Thailand, which inspired him to become a leader in the fitness industry. With two years of experience in a gym setting, Scott decided to create his own space with his own style. In 2015, he opened the doors to Body Movement.
Scott's mission for Body Movement has always been to create an inviting environment where people of all fitness levels feel welcomed and excited to move their bodies. The gym is a unique strength and conditioning facility that encourages members to push their limits and achieve their desired results. Over the years, Body Movement has become the go-to place for group fitness, and Scott and his team of trainers welcome everyone to their space.
When you enter Body Movement, you will be greeted by a warehouse-style atmosphere with vibrant artwork murals, neon lights, and pumping tunes. It is a gym like no other, with a DJ booth adding to the energetic vibe. The space is constantly being upgraded with the best and latest equipment to ensure that members have access to top-notch facilities.
The workout structure at Body Movement revolves around 45-minute circuit-style workouts, but the gym is open from 5am to 8pm, catering to those who prefer to work out at their own pace and time. The facilities include a spacious gym area of over 600m, a weights and cable area, a boxing area, and a functional training area. With over 30 classes offered per week, there is something for everyone.
Body Movement is a gym for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Scott and his team understand that walking into a new gym can be daunting, so they take the time to teach members about the equipment and ensure that they feel confident with tailored programmes. The focus is on creating a supportive community where members can achieve their fitness goals together.
