Body Mind Fitness

Body Mind Fitness is a women's personal trainer and fitness centre located in London, Ontario, founded by Dominique Gauthier. The studio offers a range of services both in-person and online, including personal training, yoga for mobility and strength, small group classes, and specialized classes for core and pelvic health.

Dominique, a Core & Pelvic Floor Specialist, works with pregnant women, mothers of all ages and stages, and busy women in London and surrounding areas. She aims to help women build and reclaim their strength and confidence by providing personalized training to manage and prevent symptoms of core and pelvic floor issues.

In addition to personal training and one-on-one yoga sessions, Body Mind Fitness also offers small group classes both in-person and online. Drop-in spaces are available for those who want to try a class for the first time, with the first class priced at only $10 including HST.

The studio also provides workplace wellness programs to help teams find calm in the chaos, with sessions available online through Zoom. Dominique's approach focuses on education and a body-positive sustainable approach to help women become their best selves through fitness and wellness.
