With over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have honed my skills and developed innovative programmes that deliver positive results for my clients.

I provide training sessions within various industries and worksites, helping employees stay fit and healthy for their demanding jobs. I work closely with employers, medical specialists, and clients to develop personalised fitness plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
In addition to workplace training, I also offer Pilates classes at the studio. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on controlled movements to release and strengthen the muscles. It helps create a fine balance of strength and tone, leaving participants feeling revitalised and confident. Pilates is not only beneficial for physical health but also helps reduce mental tension and stress.
At Body and Mind 2000, I am passionate about promoting wellbeing in the community. I actively engage with community organisations and continuously seek the latest fitness information to enhance my services. I have also branched into the hospitality industry, offering a beautiful bed and breakfast near the Hunter Valley Vineyards.
