Bodyline Pilates

BodyLine Pilates is a pilates studio located in East Bendigo, offering clinical pilates in a friendly and inclusive environment. Founded by Jessica Braithwaite, an experienced physiotherapist and Polestar Pilates Practitioner, BodyLine Pilates aims to assist clients in their journey to recovery, improving core strength, and enhancing overall fitness.

Jessica, originally from Adelaide, completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at SA University and has over a decade of experience working in various healthcare settings. Her passion for movement-based healing led her to discover Pilates through her private practise work in Adelaide. She completed her polestar rehabilitation training in 2016/2017 and now enjoys working as a physiotherapist in the outpatient department at St. John of God hospital in Bendigo, as well as in the studio.

Jessica takes pride in creating personalised programmes to suit each client's unique needs and goals.

At BodyLine Pilates, all services are provided by qualified physiotherapists who are also trained in rehabilitative Pilates. The studio offers a wide range of benefits, including increased fitness and strength, improved core strength, reduced pain, improved posture and flexibility, reduced stress levels, injury prevention, post-injury rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal programmes to facilitate reduction in abdominal separation, alleviate back and pelvic pain, and improve core and general strength. Additionally, BodyLine Pilates caters to men's health, focusing on improving general and core strength, as well as hip and joint mobility.

Alicia, a new mother, expressed gratitude for Jess's help in rebuilding her core and strength safely after giving birth, noticing improvements all over within six weeks. She now has the confidence and strength to return to playing netball. BodyLine Pilates offers various classes to cater to different needs and preferences. They provide an initial private assessment at a cost of $100, during which a personalised workout programme will be created to suit your goals. Private classes, priced at $60 for a 45-minute session, allow individuals to have a personalised workout focusing on technique improvement. For those who wish to bring a partner, duo classes are available at $35 per person, allowing clients to work alongside their partner on their personalised workouts.
