The gym offers 30 classes per week, with the most popular being “Metcons” (High-intensity interval training) and “Strength” (traditional strength and conditioning). Body in Motion Physiotherapy also offers Dry Needling, a form of treatment that uses very fine sterilised needles to reduce pain and muscle tension.
