One of our most popular classes is VYPA, a 50-minute explosive and high-energy workout that combines elements of boxing, cardio, plyometrics, and sculpting. Set to an epic hip hop and electronic playlist, VYPA is a fun and challenging class that will push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.
For those looking to improve flexibility, muscle strength, tone, and endurance, we offer JAGUA. Inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga, JAGUA is a body-defining workout that will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated. The class is set to music from all decades, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere.
If you enjoy dancing and want to have fun while working out, our Konga class is perfect for you. Konga is a high-intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, and toning, all done to the latest chart hits. It's an easy-to-follow class that will make you sweat and leave you feeling energised.

We offer several membership options to suit your individual needs. Our casual option allows you to come to classes as you want, with no lock-in contract. If you're looking to establish a weekly routine, our regular membership includes three classes per week. For those who are fully committed to their fitness journey, our foundation membership offers unlimited classes per week and includes access to our BFF challenge.
