To ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bodyflex Gym operates under government guidelines. Currently, they allow a maximum of 40 members inside the building at any given time. Equipment must be cleaned after use, and a distance of 1+ metres must be maintained. Showers and water dispensers are temporarily unavailable as part of the safety measures.

Bodyflex Gym offers two membership options. The 12-month contracted membership is priced at 20 per month and includes monthly access, free support, a training plan, advice, and parking. Alternatively, the rolling monthly membership is available for 25 per month and offers the same benefits without a long-term contract commitment. Both options provide members with the opportunity to be a part of the Bodyflex community and access top-tier amenities and services.

For individuals who are uncertain about where to begin their fitness journey, Bodyflex Gym offers guided tours to introduce new members to the available machines and equipment. Following the tour, signing up is a simple process, and members receive a key fob for easy access to the gym during opening hours.
